I'd like to invite you to join me in the forest once a month to reset and awaken your senses. If you wish you could spend more time outdoors, enjoy making art and listening to poetry in community, this is the place for you.
It's free and I'd love to see you.

Time: 9:30am-11:30am
Location: Bebo Grove, Fish Creek Provincial Park
We'll meet in the parking lot by the stairs.
From there I'll guide through the forest in silence for about 30 minutes.
This is a chance for you to arrive, awaken your senses and begin to notice your surroundings.
We'll spend the rest of the time around the fire. I'll share some of my favourite poems and offer up a few art invitations.
A few things you may want to bring:
A chair or cushion
Coffee or tea
Comfortable clothing that will keep you warm and dry
Your favorite pen and blank art journal that you will use for writing and mixed media art.
