Hi! I'm Andrea

I'm  a mixed media artist and jewellery designer living with my family in Calgary, Alberta. I believe that art has the power to transform people's lives and deepen our connection to the earth.  For over 25 years I've been involved in social and environmental justice work and my art is part of my journey and reflects my love for all beings.

Bow River Jewellery is named after the beautiful clear turquoise water that flows from the Bow Glacier in Banff National Park . I've spent the past 15 years getting to know this river and the plants that live along her banks. Most of the wood, seeds and bark used in my jewellery come from the Bow River Valley and is sustainably harvested . You can find my collection at the Leighton Art Centre Gallery Shop and my online shop. I will be releasing my spring collection in May. I share my mixed media work and land art photography daily on Instagram and they can be purchased through my online shop. I also offer eco art workshops throughout the year, a free monthly gathering in the forest and an  eco arts blog and newsletter.
